What’s the difference between PixelMob and PixelMob Pro?
PixelMob suits everyday photography and travel, with a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen and up to 8TB of storage. Pro adds a 7-inch AMOLED screen, up to 24TB, CFexpress Type B, USB4 40Gbps, HDMI input/output and NP-F expansion. Both offer AI-assisted culling and subscription-free RAW editing; Pro adds enhanced culling, proxy generation and Cones color grading.
Are SSDs included?
Single Unit rewards do not include an SSD. The Pro Starter Combo includes a 1TB SSD; the Endurance Combo includes an NP-F battery; the All-in-One Combo includes both. Both models have built-in batteries. Check your selected Kickstarter reward for its complete contents.
What cameras and storage media are supported?

What warranty is included?

The campaign estimates shipping from November 2026; this is not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping is limited to the destinations listed on Kickstarter. 1. Crowdfunding Orders (Kickstarter Backers)
If you supported PixelMob through our Kickstarter campaign, the following fulfillment process applies to your order.
1.1 Fulfillment Timeline
Kickstarter requires a charge period of up to 7 days after a campaign closes to complete backer payment collection. Once this period ends and all backers are confirmed, we will begin processing orders. Following that, we will send a Survey to all confirmed backers to collect shipping address information — expected within 14 days of the campaign close date. All crowdfunding orders will then be shipped in a unified batch. The confirmed dispatch date will be announced via a campaign update and on our website.
1.2 Shipment Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipment details. Please note that real-time package tracking is not available through our website for crowdfunding orders — all status updates will be communicated via email.
1.3 Updating Your Shipping Address

Before the Survey is issued: No action needed. Shipping addresses will be collected via Survey after the campaign closes.
After submitting the Survey: Address changes are generally not accepted. If you have an urgent request, please contact us at support@pixelmob.ai as soon as possible.
If your order has already shipped, the package must be returned before we can reship. Any additional shipping costs will be the backer's responsibility.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update your address as an exception. This cannot be guaranteed.
2. Order Processing Time
For standard (non-crowdfunding) orders, orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, or due to inventory verification and security checks.
3. Shipping Coverage
We offer global shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping availability for specific destinations will be displayed during checkout. Certain remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times.

SECTION 3 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Pixelmob, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality NAS devices that meet their data storage and accessibility needs. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. Please review the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of the Product: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized alterations will not be eligible for a refund. With original tags and packaging. We kindly request that you provide us with a full view picture of the product to ensure the item's condition. Please kindly DO NOT discard any of the shipping boxes or packing material.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund.
Return Reasons and Shipping Costs
Returns are accepted for any reason (with exceptions listed below), but the handling of return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
If the product does not meet your personal needs or expectations: Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that this includes cases where the product lacks features we have not claimed to provide.
If there is a product defect or quality issue: We will cover all return shipping costs, including shipping for a replacement if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Product will not be able to be acceptable to be returned or refunded due to:
Diskless (no HDD or SSD included): Unless specifically stated as "Included" in the product title, all units are shipped without storage media (HDD/SSD). Return requests based on the absence of storage units will not be accepted once a Tracking ID has been generated.
Activated Products: Products that have been activated — including but not limited to software licenses, subscription-based services, or hardware requiring account registration or activation — are strictly non-refundable once the activation process has been completed. Activation is considered final and constitutes acceptance of the product. Customers are encouraged to review all product specifications and licensing terms prior to activation. If you have questions about a product before activating it, please contact our support team at support@pixelmob.ai before proceeding.
*Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center.
Non-Refundable Fees and Deductions
Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Digital Products and Services: Any digital products, software licenses, or services provided by Pixelmob are non-refundable once activated.
Shipping Fee Deduction for Returns: For orders qualifying for "Free Shipping," the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Pixelmob will be deducted from your total refund amount if the return is for reasons other than product defects or errors on our part.
Restocking & Repackaging Fee: For returns of products where the original factory seal or plastic packaging has been broken, a Restocking Fee of 15% of the product's purchase price will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers the essential costs of professional inspection, cleaning, and the loss of resale value for items no longer in their original sealed condition.
Price Adjustment Policy
15-Day Price Protection: If the price of a product you purchased decreases within 15 days of your original purchase date, we will issue the price difference as Store Credit to your account. This Store Credit will become available for use 30 days after it is issued and may be applied toward the purchase of any other product from our store.
Price Adjustments for Unshipped Orders: If a price reduction occurs after your purchase but before your order has been shipped (i.e., no tracking number has been generated), the price difference will be refunded directly to your original payment method instead of being issued as Store Credit.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.
Undeliverable and Refused Package
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@pixelmob.ai to initiate the return process. You need to provide necessary information such as order number, product name, and reason for the return. We kindly request that you provide us with a full view picture of the product to ensure the item's condition.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.
Shipping the Product: Securely package the product and include the RMA number. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Please note that for credit card payment refund, please allow up to one billing cycle for your account to be credited. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes. It is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. Or if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Kickstarter Refund Policy
For backers who have supported PixelMob through our Kickstarter campaign, the following refund terms apply:
During the Active Campaign: No payment has been collected during the campaign period. Refunds are not applicable at this stage. You may cancel your pledge directly through Kickstarter before the campaign closes.
After the Campaign Closes: Once the campaign has ended and payment has been collected by Kickstarter, refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team at support@pixelmob.ai. Approved refunds will be processed via Kickstarter's backend and are subject to Kickstarter's platform policies and processing timelines.
*Please note that Kickstarter refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, standard return and refund terms as described above will apply.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. At Pixelmob, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality NAS devices that meet their data storage and accessibility needs. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. Please review the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of the Product: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized alterations will not be eligible for a refund. With original tags and packaging. We kindly request that you provide us with a full view picture of the product to ensure the item's condition. Please kindly DO NOT discard any of the shipping boxes or packing material.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a refund.
Return Reasons and Shipping Costs
Returns are accepted for any reason (with exceptions listed below), but the handling of return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
If the product does not meet your personal needs or expectations: Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that this includes cases where the product lacks features we have not claimed to provide.
If there is a product defect or quality issue: We will cover all return shipping costs, including shipping for a replacement if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
Product will not be able to be acceptable to be returned or refunded due to:
Diskless (no HDD or SSD included): Unless specifically stated as "Included" in the product title, all units are shipped without storage media (HDD/SSD). Return requests based on the absence of storage units will not be accepted once a Tracking ID has been generated.
Activated Products: Products that have been activated — including but not limited to software licenses, subscription-based services, or hardware requiring account registration or activation — are strictly non-refundable once the activation process has been completed. Activation is considered final and constitutes acceptance of the product. Customers are encouraged to review all product specifications and licensing terms prior to activation. If you have questions about a product before activating it, please contact our support team at support@pixelmob.ai before proceeding.
Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center.
Non-Refundable Fees and Deductions
Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Digital Products and Services: Any digital products, software licenses, or services provided by Pixelmob are non-refundable once activated.
Shipping Fee Deduction for Returns: For orders qualifying for "Free Shipping," the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Pixelmob will be deducted from your total refund amount if the return is for reasons other than product defects or errors on our part.
Restocking & Repackaging Fee: For returns of products where the original factory seal or plastic packaging has been broken, a Restocking Fee of 15% of the product's purchase price will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers the essential costs of professional inspection, cleaning, and the loss of resale value for items no longer in their original sealed condition.
Price Adjustment Policy
15-Day Price Protection: If the price of a product you purchased decreases within 15 days of your original purchase date, we will issue the price difference as Store Credit to your account. This Store Credit will become available for use 30 days after it is issued and may be applied toward the purchase of any other product from our store.
Price Adjustments for Unshipped Orders: If a price reduction occurs after your purchase but before your order has been shipped (i.e., no tracking number has been generated), the price difference will be refunded directly to your original payment method instead of being issued as Store Credit.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. You are advised to contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your items if there is an issue with the product. Providing pictures of the product, the packaging and the labels on the outside will allow us to greatly speed up the process for you.
Undeliverable and Refused Package
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@pixelmob.ai to initiate the return process. You need to provide necessary information such as order number, product name, and reason for the return. We kindly request that you provide us with a full view picture of the product to ensure the item's condition.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions.
Shipping the Product: Securely package the product and include the RMA number. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Please note that for credit card payment refund, please allow up to one billing cycle for your account to be credited. Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process due to the time it takes to resolve charge back disputes. It is usually better to be patient and wait for the return process to run its course. Or if an unusual delay occurs, feel free to contact us for assistance.
